Put my BMW key fob in for battery replacement, after waitng days i was told it need to be replaced!!!i ordered a battery in and put in myself!!!key fob works perfect!!!!!they might be ok with locks but no idea scammers when it comes to key fobs!!!very rude staff Highly Do NOT RECOMMEND these clowns!!!!!!

Hands up to Mandurah lock and key. Was there last week and found the staff extremely helpful pleasant and knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend if you want first class service.

Went in to get a key replacement on a 45 year old door key for my f100The guys in here were more than happy to remove the door lock, and they did all of it in a smooth and easy fashionNot only did they find the door code, they printed it on the keys for me for the futureAll of this for an incredibly reasonable price for the quality work they didThanks guys

The receptionist I spoke to yesterday working was very, very abrupt and rude. I explained the circumstances and she seemed to busy to be bothered with dealing with me. I will never give my time of day to this company again

Came to give a free quote on a side gate at our property, offered some suggestions on how to make it more secure which we’ve taken on board and we will get back to them, then helped sort out our front gate too regarding key access, waved away any fee which was really nice of him, seemed really conscientious and professional, we’ve used them before and we would definitely recommend.

Recently bought a new car and as it only came with 1 key I've even looking around for someone who would be able to help me out.Seeing the advertising at wanneroo rugby club and after calling up they where able to help me out and accommodate my work schedule.Living north but working in falcon lately I was able to go to the Mandurah store and they helped me out in just a couple minutes after work at a great price.I've already be recommending A1 to family and friends and will keep doing so.

I had the best experience with A1 Mandurah. Chris came out while we were quarantined. He was an absolute Wizard and re-cut keys for our entire home and for our car, that had been left in Brisbane.Lovely, genuine and professional.100% recommend and will use again if ever needed.
